The Bridge is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and staffed by dedicated and caring individuals. Funding is received from provincial, federal and municipal governments, foundations, service clubs, businesses and individual donations.

The Bridge Youth and Family Services Society, a non-profit, charitable organization develops and provides innovative and quality programming for children, youth and families in the Central Okanagan of British Columbia.

Since 1969!

Why did you start the business?

The Bridge has always worked to enhance the lives of all citizens of our community and is committed to service excellence.
The Bridge continually strives to strengthen our connections to the community and those who use our services.

Describe a feature product or promotion you have going on (or coming up)?

Join us for an informative 15 hour program focusing on wellness in pregnancy. Whether you are thinking about becoming pregnant, or you already are, learn to take a balanced approach to body, mind and spirit during pregnancy.

Some of the activities will include:

– Fitness components

– Discuss health lifestyle and nutrition choices

– Learn ways to identify and manage stress

– Information on community resources available during and after pregnancy

– Receive a complimentary pass to one of our selected fitness classes

The Prenatal Wellness program will be offered at the Kelowna Family Y.
