“I am a single mother of a beautiful 1.5yr son, Graesyn. The Okanagan I have called home for most of my life, growing up in Cherryville and then moving to the Kelowna area in 1999. Hard to ever want to leave such a beautiful place. I love our summers and falls, and wish I could be outside everyday when the weather is beautiful. I have a very compassionate and nurturing personality and look forward to meeting and helping each new client.”

Describe your business/product or service

Jessica’s focus is to work with women struggling with fertility, pregnant women, and new moms. Experiencing all 3 of these herself she has a strong passion for this industry. Also, very aware of the struggle it is to find time in a day to workout. Her focus is to create a fitness routine that not only works for your lifestyle, but will help you achieve the results you seek in a faster more efficient time frame.
This could be 15min sessions everyday in your home. We can usually find 15min to workout.

How long have you been in business?

Certified as a personal trainer specializing in pre/postnatal for 2 years, newly licensed as a fertility fitness specialist.

Why did you start the business?

Jessica has a keen passion for living an active and healthy lifestyle. So much so, that becoming a personal fitness instructor was an obvious calling. Her ability to inspire is brought on from her nurturing personality and unmatched enthusiasm for personal fitness.

Being a new mom has sent Jessica in the direction of specializing with women who are pregnant and postnatal. She is certified as a fertility & pre/postnatal fitness specialist.

“I started off with just my personal trainer license but then when I became pregnant, I decided I wanted to specialize. My fertility license came after as well. I struggled with infertility for 3 years so I can relate to the emotional struggle 1 in 6 women go through.
